Greekexports, partner of Halal Certification Services GmbH has organized Halal Understanding Seminars in various cities in Greece and abroad. Previous seminars were organized in Athens, Thessaloniki and Herakleion (Crete) and more than 50 people have attended them.
Most attendees were managers in either production or exports of Food Producing Companies that want to export to Middle East and other Muslim countries. Especially in Crete an emphasis was given to the opportunities in the touristic sector, as there were attendees from major hotels of the Island.
The next Seminar will take place in Limassol, Cyprus in 26 January 2016 and will be a co-organized by the World Trade Center of Cyprus.
